怀旧服TBC黑暗之门事件雷诺彩蛋
在tbc前夕的开启黑暗之门事件中，有一个叫做“大元帅雷诺”(Lord Marshal Raynor)的人类NPC登场，与玩家们并肩作战，对抗恶魔。很明显这个NPC玩了《星际争霸》中吉姆·雷诺的梗，在星际争霸里，雷诺是玛·萨拉行星的Marshal(治安官)，在黑暗之门前，雷诺拥有同样的Marshal职阶，不过在这里，他是Lord Marshal，“大元帅”。但实际上，“大元帅”的英文原文是Grand Marshal，雷诺是Lord Marshal，比Grand Marshal更高级，所以也可以称他为“元帅王”，所有的元帅都是他的手下，当然，在黑门前，他的身后也跟着一群暴风城元帅。暂时就不介绍雷诺的背景故事了。讲一下“大元帅雷诺”在开门事件中的台词，以及台词中玩的各种梗。
首先是大元帅雷诺出现时的喊话：
Lord Marshal Raynor yells: Marshals... brothers and sisters of the sword. I'd rather fight alongside you than an army of thousands. We are lions! You know what's waiting through these demons and beyond that Dark Portal? Immortality! Take it!
大元帅雷诺喊道：军官们……生死与共的兄弟姐妹们，比起指挥千军万马，我宁可与你们并肩血战。我们是一群狮子!你们知道在黑暗之门和这些恶魔背后有什么在等待着我们吗?是永恒!是不朽!
这段台词出自电影《特洛伊》，是阿喀琉斯在特洛伊战争中的战前演说。顺便一提，阿喀琉斯的扮演者是布拉德皮特。

1940年，巴黎沦陷，刚接任英国首相一个多月的丘吉尔作出演讲，鼓舞英国人重振信心、团结起来。
Their Finest Hour“最光辉的时刻”演讲原文：
Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duty and so bear ourselves that if the British Commonwealth and Empire lasts for a thousand years, men will still say "This was their finest hour."
